Sprint UAT and automated bug filing for Jira
Point it at the board. Come back to verdicts. Every done ticket on your Jira board gets its own bounded agent run. Failures become deduped, evidence-backed bugs — filed only when you confirm. Fixed issues get closed. The sprint gets a report.
What a sprint sweep looks like
You point TestAutomate at a board. It finds the tickets marked done or dev-verified, reads each one, and tests exactly what the ticket claims was fixed or built — in a real browser, against your staging app.
Done this sprint
Verdicts
Built to survive a real Tuesday
Here's how a sweep actually goes. It's 5:40pm. You point TestAutomate at the sprint board — twelve tickets — and close the laptop lid, because your train is leaving. The sweep doesn't care. Each ticket is a bounded run with a turn cap: the agent gets a fixed budget of steps to reach a verdict, so no single ticket can wander forever or eat your model budget. Verdicts are written to the queue the moment they're earned. When your laptop sleeps, the queue simply pauses. When you open the lid at home, it resumes warm — with everything the earlier runs learned about your app still in memory — and picks up at ticket seven, not ticket one.
- Turn caps. Every ticket's run is bounded — a verdict or a clean stop, never an open-ended burn.
- Verdicts persist. Each graded ticket is saved immediately. A crash at ticket nine loses nothing from tickets one through eight.
- Warm resume. Disconnects, sleep, restarts — the queue picks up where it stopped, with learned context intact.
- Re-fixes re-verified. When a dev pushes a fix for a ticket that failed, the next sweep tests it again and updates the verdict.
From red verdict to clean tracker
A failure that never reaches your tracker gets forgotten. A failure filed carelessly becomes noise. The bug loop is designed to do neither.
Deduped, not duplicated
Before filing, TestAutomate checks your existing Jira bugs. A failure that matches a known open bug gets linked to it, not cloned into a fresh duplicate. Your tracker stays legible.
Confirm-gated, with evidence
Nothing lands in Jira on the agent's say-so. It drafts the bug — steps to reproduce, expected versus actual, screenshots attached — and waits for your confirm. One click to file, one click to discard.
Closed when fixed
The loop runs both ways. When a sweep verifies that a previously filed bug no longer reproduces, the issue gets closed — with the passing evidence attached. No stale open bugs haunting the backlog.

Your next sprint could end with a report
