1. Acceptance

By creating a workspace or using TestAutomate, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

TestAutomate is an agentic QA platform: it executes tests you describe by driving a browser against applications you designate, grades results, and can file issues in trackers you connect. The service acts on your systems at your direction; you remain responsible for what you point it at.

3. Your responsibilities

You may only run tests against applications and environments you own or are authorized to test. You are responsible for the accounts and credentials you store in the platform, for confirming any writes to connected trackers, and for complying with the terms of the applications and AI providers you connect.

4. Fees, BYOK, and credits

Platform fees are as stated on the pricing page. When you bring your own AI key, model usage is billed by your provider directly and passes through the platform at cost, subject to the budget ceilings you set. Managed credits are prepaid and priced at the provider's rate plus the fee stated at purchase. Credits are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

5. Your content and ownership

Your tests, run records, screenshots, and ingested documentation are yours. Tests are stored in a portable, human-readable format, and you may export them at any time, including upon termination. We claim no ownership of your content and use it only to provide the service.

6. Disclaimers, liability, and termination

The service is provided "as is"; automated verdicts are decision support, not a warranty that your software is defect-free, and you should not rely on them as your sole release gate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Either party may terminate as described in your plan; upon termination we will make your data available for export for thirty days. Questions go through the contact page.
