QA for agencies: one AI agent, every client app

Six clients means six stacks, six staging URLs, six sets of quirks. TestAutomate learns each app from its own docs, keeps what it learns per workspace, and hands you evidence-backed reports your clients can read without a call.

THE AGENCY PROBLEM

Context switching is your real QA cost

COST 01

Every app is a new brain

The tester who knows Client A's checkout doesn't know Client B's admin panel. Onboarding a person onto an app takes weeks; you do it every engagement.

COST 02

Proof is the deliverable

"We tested it" isn't billable. Clients pay for reports that show what ran, what passed, what broke, and the screenshot that proves it.

COST 03

Opaque tooling costs erode margin

Per-seat, credit-metered tools make every new client a pricing negotiation with your own vendor. You need costs you can see, cap, and pass through.

PER-CLIENT KNOWLEDGE

Feed it the client's docs. It learns the app.

  • Docs become playbooks. Ingest the client's help center and internal docs; they become retrievable skills the agent uses mid-run. New client, day one, and the agent already knows the product's own vocabulary.
  • It gets smarter every run. Login recipes, navigation notes, app quirks — remembered per workspace and shared across your team. The tenth run on a client app is faster and cheaper than the first.
  • Isolated workspaces. Multi-tenant by design: Client A's credentials, runs, and knowledge never touch Client B's. Credentials sit AES-256-GCM encrypted.
  • Portable YAML suites. Every test is human-readable YAML. When an engagement ends, hand the suite over as part of the deliverable.

How app knowledge works →

Transparent economics, by design. You pay a flat platform fee. Model spend is BYOK and passes through at provider cost — live meters, hard ceilings per client workspace. Bill AI costs to clients transparently instead of marking up a black box. No key? Managed credits at provider price plus a stated fee.
THE DELIVERABLE

Hand-off reports a client can read without you in the room

1

Run the client's suite

Plain-English tests, driven in a real browser against the client's staging — behind their VPN or SSO if that's where it lives.

2

Every verdict carries evidence

Pass, fail, or blocked, each result includes screenshots. Blocked means their environment was down — it never counts as a product bug against your report.

3

File bugs where the client works

Failures become deduped Jira issues in the client's project — confirm-gated, so nothing lands without your sign-off, evidence attached.

4

Close the loop next cycle

When fixes land, re-runs verify them and fixed issues get closed. The sprint report is your status update, already written.

SCALE ECONOMICS

Take on the next client without the next hire

Accessibility-tree-first reading, model tiering, and caching keep per-run costs low; per-client ceilings keep them predictable. Your seniors design suites and review verdicts — the agent does the walking. The cost model in detail →
